The owner and founder of BugByte Computer Support is Keith Lefrancois. I have been in IT for over 12 years. Computers have always been a passion. I have worked as a field service technician, a Senior Engineer for IBM, and the Network Manager for a school district. In addition to all this experience, I have Microsoft, Linux, and A+ certifications. I put great importance on customer satisfaction, and understand the importance of a customer's needs, whether it is for home use to access the internet or email, or for a corporation to ensure all workers can access a critical database.
