Service OptionsSilver ($10/month)The Silver monthly service will grant access to the members area, including knowledge base, computer alerts, latest reviews and trends in the computer world, How-To's, and other tech info. Also, you have 3 "Ask-an-Expert" support calls** per month of subscription (not carried over month-to-month). Gold ($25/month)The Gold monthly service will grant access to the members area, including knowledge base, computer alerts, latest reviews and trends in the computer world, How-To's, and other tech info. Also, you have 7 "Ask-an-Expert" support calls** per month of subscription (not carried over month-to-month). In addition, you have one monthly 30 minute remote support call. Platinum ($50/month)The premium monthly service (ideal for small to medium bussinesses) will grant access to the members area, including knowledge base, computer alerts, latest reviews and trends in the computer world, How-To's, and other tech info. Also, you have unlimited "Ask-an-Expert" support calls** per month of subscription. In addition, you have two 30 minute remote support calls per month. ** "Ask-an-Expert" support calls can be used for advice, small computer related issues that might not require onsite or remote assistance, or other general technology questions. If a question can not be answered, you will not be charged for the support call. It is the sole discretion of BugByte Computer Support if an "Ask-an-Expert" support call is deemed appropriate for such a level of support. Other Rates:Email support calls are $5/each. PC onsite rates are $60/hour***. Network and Server Support onsite rates are $125/hour***. Remote Support is $50/hr (unless included in monthly plan)***.
